This Saturday evening we were contacted regarding a potentially dangerous Willow tree. The customer was quite concerned about the tree and rightfully so! The tree had split at the base and was teetering on top of a conifer hedge and overhanging neighbouring dog kennels which housed 10 dogs.

We were on site at 7.30am the following Sunday morning ready to fell the tree. Two experienced climbers dismantled the...

Last week we returned again to the village of Offord D'Arcy in Cambridgeshire (our name is certainly getting around!) felling a very large Poplar tree. As you can see from the pictures, it was a massive  undertaking. The customer had obtained several quotes to remove the tree and yet again, ours came back as one of the cheapest, so this combined with the knowledge that we do a thoroughly good job, they chos...

Last week we were in Offord D'Arcy in Cambridgeshire felling a large Beech tree. We came recommended by their neighbour (who we will be returning to in the new year to reduce several large Beech and Lime trees.) The tree was felled due to its location and obvious signs of decay. This tree was so large that it's branches had spread over multiple gardens, which required the whole tree to be lowered slowly and...

Luckily, I have many years of climbing experience an...

This job involved crown thinning and removing dead wood from five large Poplar trees.

The trees were precariously situated over an industrial estate and over Gransden Road (which is one of the main roads through Caxton). Careful measures were taken to ensure the safety of the public using the highway a...

Last week we were in Comberton, Cambridgeshire, felling a large Willow tree. The tree was hollow at the base, with very little outer healthy wood keeping the tree upright! The customer contacted us through their gardener who uses Charlie Vince Tree Surgery LTD for all of his tree work.

The tree was dealt with safely, carefully lowering limbs which were hanging precariously over a neighbour's greenhouse!

The l...
