This week we were in Caxton, Cambridgeshire pollarding a large Oak tree due to poor health. The tree was taken down safely and quickly and was completed within the day. The wood was left for the neighbours to use for firewood and once again, the customer was very happy with our work. This week we were in Buckden near St Neots, Cambridgeshire. We were called to reduce an Ash tree which had the disease Ash Dieback.It had also been struck by lightning. The tree needed to be made safe as it had started to drop branches and dead wood onto the neighbour's garden. The Ash should now grow back to a healthy specimen.

This week we were working for the Parish council in Little Paxton, reducing two large Willow trees on the Little Paxton playing field. We were contacted by the council to provide a quotation for the two trees, plus a reduction on a Yew tree in the church yard and to clear some  foliage around street lights at the entrance to the playing field.
