A Tall Order!
Last week we were working along Cambridge Road in Melbourne, Cambridgeshire. We were contacted by our client who had a large group of trees that were in need of a haircut! Our clients were worried about the height of the trees and the subsequent movement in high winds, so we suggested reducing the height by 5 meters. The trees were also encroaching on their garage and the Cambridge Road, so we agreed to an all round trim to reduce the width as well. The trees were approximately 20 meters high so needless to say a cherry picker was the order of the day. Also, being on a 60 mph road, traffic management was required and arranged by ourselves including all planning applications to the local council.
The trees were completed to spec and our client was delighted with the finished result, and so were we!
