Pollarding a large, dying Oak tree in Caxton, Cambridgeshire.

This week we were in Caxton, Cambridgeshire pollarding a large Oak tree due to poor health. The tree was taken down safely and quickly and was completed within the day. The wood was left for the neighbours to use for firewood and once again, the customer was very happy with our work. We have completed work for several of the surrounding neighbours, which proves that our good name is getting around! Reducing a Silver Birch tree in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

This week we were in St Neots reducing a Silver Birch tree and trimming a Cotoneaster. We have multiple clients in this particular road, so obviously we are doing a good job and the word has spread! The tree had been reduced very poorly in the past making it difficult to create a nice shape, however, the customer was very happy with the finished result. The whole job was completed in three hours and the garden left spotless. We even had time for a coffee! If you have a similar job, or any tree or hedge work required, do not hesitate to contact us. Reducing a large Ash tree in Buckden, St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

This week we were in Buckden near St Neots, Cambridgeshire. We were called to reduce an Ash tree which had the disease Ash Dieback. It had also been struck by lightning. The tree needed to be made safe as it had started to drop branches and dead wood onto the neighbour's garden. The Ash should now grow back to a healthy specimen. The tree was reduced and completely cleared away with in the day. The customers were delighted with the finished result and so were we as it is always preferable to save a tree if at all possible. Reducing two large Willow trees in Little Paxton.

This week we were working for the Parish council in Little Paxton, reducing two large Willow trees on the Little Paxton playing field. We were contacted by the council to provide a quotation for the two trees, plus a reduction on a Yew tree in the church yard and to clear some foliage around street lights at the entrance to the playing field. Our quotation was, once again, the most competitive. A full Risk Assessment and Method Statement was provided, along with our waste carriers licence and Public liability certificates. The council were very pleased with the work and said they would not hesitate to call us for future work needed. At least the Little Paxton football fans will now be safe
