Felling a large hollow Willow tree in Comberton, Cambridgeshire.

Last week we were in Comberton, Cambridgeshire, felling a large Willow tree. The tree was hollow at the base, with very little outer healthy wood keeping the tree upright! The customer contacted us through their gardener who uses Charlie Vince Tree Surgery LTD for all of his tree work.

The tree was dealt with safely, carefully lowering limbs which were hanging precariously over a neighbour's greenhouse!

The logs were cut into rounds, ready to be split and used as firewood.

The tree was felled within the day and all gardens were left as we found them , if not tidier!
